The collection of the collaboration between lavie and DillySocks includes socks in four designs, a complete bed linen and a hammam towel.
You can find more behind-the-scenes information about the collaboration with lavie in our blog.
The subtle, stylish Nordic design of the socks was created by lavie. The socks are perfect as tennis socks or sports socks. They are made of 80% organic cotton, 18% polyamide and 2% elastane. By the way: The proportion of synthetic materials is important for the comfort and durability of the socks - we cannot do without polyamide and elastane completely. With the GOTS seal, the socks have the highest standard in the sustainable fashion world. The socks are available in Switzerland and the EU.
The bed linen is a set and consists of a duvet cover and a pillowcase. The pillowcase is available in two different designs. The entire bed linen is made from 100% organic cotton and also has the GOTS seal. The bed linen parts can also be purchased individually.
The design of the bed linen and hammam towel comes from DillySocks. The hammam towel is made of 70% combed organic cotton and 70% linen. This composition guarantees high absorbency. The hammam towel is GOTS-certified like the rest of the collection. For logistical reasons, we can only offer the bed linen and hammam towel in Switzerland.
At the centre of the campaign design is the cheeky seagull Gunnar, who is stylishly, discreetly and humorously integrated in various places:
A cozy little nest is something to strive for. Gunnar, our cheeky kleptomaniac bird from the cool north, wants one of those too. No challenge is too big for him on his thieving tour. And so he sails skillfully through the basement window to pluck the great sock from the clothesline, or on a meticulously planned flight path, at high speed into the hamam, where he rips the pestemal off the relaxed visitor's body and, last but not least, he flies blind in a loop through the semi-dark bedroom, where he charges up the incredibly cozy pillow. So he has created the perfect combination for his home - thanks to lavie and DillySocks!
Pssst.. in our blog post you will find even more background information about the creative campaign.
Two labels - many things in common such as Swiss Design, #fromeuropewithlove and GOTS-certified. For this collaboration we are leaving our usual territory. We trust each other. lavie puts his bed linen in the hands of Dillysocks. And Dillysocks hands his socks over to lavie. Now it's your turn. Decide for yourself and discover the socks from lavie and the bed linen from Dillysocks. In any case, we had a lot of fun.
Our mutual friend Jeffrey is a Swiss citizen of Ghanaian descent. At a young age he noticed that the streets in Ghana were significantly more littered than the streets in Switzerland, where he grew up. But why? Years later, the search for an answer led him to the root of the problem.
Plastic bottles are made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which is derived from petroleum. Due to its durability, it has become very popular in the food and beverage and textile industries around the world. But there is one big problem: plastic bottles will never disappear, as they take at least 450 years to degrade.
With rePATRN, Jeffrey built a company to address the recycling problem in Ghana.
