From an order value of CHF 60,- (Switzerland) / EUR 45,- (Germany) / EUR 60,- (other European countries in Europe) shipping is free of charge.

Your order will be shipped immediately and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us at the same time. If we receive your order before 2 p.m., it will usually be processed on the same day and is then ready for dispatch. Orders after 2 p.m. will be processed and made ready for dispatch the following day.

For technical reasons, we cannot offer shipment tracking for all shipments, since packages up to a certain size are sometimes sent as post. In Switzerland, postal tracking is technically only possible for parcels . In Germany and Austria we can offer parcel tracking for all shipments with DHL.

In Austria and Germany we offer automatic shipment tracking for all orders. We will send you the tracking code for your package with your shipping confirmation email.

Did you imagine the socks differently? Did you choose the wrong pattern or color? Or are you not satisfied with the delivery for other reasons?
You have the right to exchange or return the ordered socks within 30 days of receipt of the delivery and to request a refund (excluding delivery costs).
There are only the following return regulations to be observed: The socks must be in perfect, original condition. More specifically, the socks, tag and packaging are unused and undamaged and the tag has not been removed from the socks.
Let us know your reason for returning and whether you would like an exchange or refund and we will process the return accordingly upon receipt. You bear the shipping costs incurred and the shipping loss risk yourself.
As soon as we receive your returned Dilly item, we will refund the purchase price in full. This can take up to 30 days. But we are usually much faster.
