    Die wichtigsten Fragen zu Bestellungen:

    You can expect the following delivery times:

    • Switzerland (B-Post): 2-3 business days
    • Switzerland (A-Post): 1 business day (for orders placed before 10 AM)

    • Germany (Standard): 2-3 business days
    • Germany (Express): 1 business day (for orders placed before 12 PM)

    • Austria (Standard): 2-4 business days
    • Austria (Express): 1 business day (for orders placed before 12 PM)

    This depends on your location and the size of the shipment:

    • Switzerland: Tracking is only possible for parcels and A-Post shipments. Smaller shipments are sometimes sent as letter mail and cannot be tracked
    • Germany, France & Austria:All shipments are sent with DHL and can be fully tracked

    You will automatically receive the tracking number by email in the shipping confirmation.

    Please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@dillysocks.com. As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can still adjust the address in most cases.

    Therefore, please check your delivery address immediately after placing your order – especially with express checkout, as PayPal or other services may have an older address on file.

    If you are not satisfied with your order or delivery, you can return the products within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund of the purchase price (shipping costs excluded).

    Conditions for returns:

    • the products are unworn and undamaged
    • label and packaging are original and complete

    Please fill out the appropriate return form and send the package to the address provided therein. Please note that we do not provide return labels – shipping is your responsibility.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible. Orders are forwarded to our warehouse immediately upon receipt and cannot be changed or canceled afterward.

    If you are not satisfied with your delivery, you can easily return the socks within our 30-day guarantee. All information about this can be found under Returns.

    If you discover a defect, please contact us at any time at contact@dillysocks.com – together we will find the best solution.

    To help us assist you quickly, please provide the following information:

    • Your order number
    • A photo of the damaged product

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • PayPal
    • TWINT
    • Apple Pay/ Google Pay/ Shop Pay (Express Checkout)
    • CembraPay (Invoice) – only available for orders from Switzerland

    All transactions are secure and encrypted.

    There are several ways to receive discounts and promotions:

    • Newsletter: Upon your first subscription you will receive a 10% discount on your order. If no sign-up field appears, you're already registered. As a subscriber, you'll also benefit from exclusive perks such as early access to new promotions
    • Website promotions: You can always find current promotions and discounts directly on our website
