With the changes to the Swiss Code of Obligations that came into force on February 1, 2021, the concept of registered securities was introduced. Article 973d defines a registered securities right as a right (1) which is registered in a register of securities rights and (2) can only be asserted through this register.

A register based on DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology), such as a blockchain, meets the requirements for a book-entry securities register set out in Article 973d, paragraph 2. If the articles of association of a company allow this, securities such as shares can be issued as book-entry securities.

On this basis, we tokenize our own shares as well as those of our customers. This means that the share tokens contain exactly the same rights and obligations as “traditional” shares.

The register is always up to date and is maintained automatically. Holders of digital tokens are shareholders and have the same rights as traditional shareholders. All data is tamper-proof after it has been registered in the blockchain.

Presale orders, i.e. orders for items that we offer to our customers in advance, work according to the following scheme:

You simply order as usual from our online shop. In the case of our T-shirt pre-sale, this means that you simply put the T-shirt you want in your shopping cart. You can also put several T-shirts or T-shirts together with socks in your shopping cart. This means that you can buy pre-sale items and normally available items together. An item in pre-sale is treated in the same way as normally available goods.

You then go to the shop's checkout and complete your order as usual. You will then receive an order confirmation by email. All items are listed in the order confirmation. Presale items are specially marked, and you will find further information about the presale in the email.

If you have ordered normally available items, these will be shipped immediately and you will normally receive your package within 2 to 3 working days.

The pre-sale items will be shipped immediately when they physically arrive at our warehouse. This means that you will receive a second package. As soon as the package with your pre-sale item leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification by email.

For the T-shirt presale, the shirts should be shipped to you between July 5, 2024 and July 12, 2024.

The shipment will be postponed to the end of July due to delayed delivery by the producer!
