    Conditions of Participation

    1. Admission

    Participation in competitions takes place online via the DillySocks online shop. Employees of DillySocks and people under the age of 18 are excluded from participation.

    2. Recognition

    I have taken note of the data protection notice for participation in the competition. By participating in the competition, the General Terms and Conditions are accepted.

    3. Entry Period

    As a rule, our competitions run for 30 to 45 days (e.g. Newletter competitions). The duration is stated on the entry form.

    4. Participation

    All persons who subscribe to our newsletter with a valid e-mail address are eligible to participate.

    Participation in the competition therefore always implies registration for the newsletter and there is no legal recourse; each person may only take part in the competition once and participation via automated mass participation procedures by third parties is not permitted.

    6. Prize Drawing

    If there is more than one participant, the winner will be drawn by lot.

    The winners will be notified by email and the prize draw will take place in the first two weeks after the competition.

    7. Acceptance Conditions

    Cash payment of the prize is not possible.

    The prize will be sent to the winners by email.

    8. Winner of the competition.

    The prize will be presented to the grandmother of the winning participant. The grandmother may bring one additional person of her choice to stay in her room.

    9. Videographic support

    By accepting the prize, the winners also agree to participate in a half-day video recording session at the hotel. A team will accompany and film the winners during this half-day for DillySocks' marketing and communication purposes. This agreement includes the use of the resulting image and video material on all DillySocks communication channels.
