Which size should I choose?
Our socks are available in sizes 36–40 and 41–46, children's socks by age. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one – our socks have an elastic comfort cuff. All measurements can be found in the size chart.
What material are the socks made of?
The majority consists of high-quality organic cotton with a small proportion of polyamide and elastane for the perfect fit. All socks are tested according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and a large proportion are additionally GOTS-certified. The exact composition is listed with each product.
How long does delivery take?
Within Switzerland, your socks will usually arrive in 2–4 business days; delivery to Europe takes a little longer. We offer free shipping above a certain order value. For details, please refer to Shipping & Returns.
Can I return socks?
Yes. You have 30 days to return unworn items in their original packaging. Step-by-step instructions can be found under Shipping & Returns.
Which socks are sustainable?
Sustainable socks are made from eco-friendly materials like organic cotton or recycled fibers and are produced under fair conditions. We manufacture exclusively in Europe and rely on certified materials. Our D-Compose socks made from biodegradable materials go particularly far in this regard.
How do I prevent holes in my socks?
Wash your socks inside out at 30 degrees, avoid fabric softener and tumble drying – this protects the fibers. Short-trimmed toenails and well-fitting shoes prevent friction on the heel and toes. Find out more under Care Instructions.
What are mid-length socks called?
Mid-calf socks are called crew socks – this is our classic shaft height. Sneaker socks are shorter, and no-show socks are very short and invisible.
What sock colors go with what shoes?
Brown leather shoes pair well with warm tones like mustard, green, or burgundy; black shoes go with cool colors and bold patterns. With white sneakers, practically anything works – here you can be brave and make a statement with colorful socks.
