You have the right within 10 days after receipt of the delivery to exchange the ordered socks or to return them and ask for a reimbursement of costs (delivery costs excluded). There are only to be respected the following rules for return: The socks have to be in perfect and original condition. This means more precisely that the socks, the label and the package are not used and undamaged and the label has not been removed from the socks.
Write us your reasons for return and if you want a replacement or a reimbursement and we will deal with your return accordingly after receipt. You bear the mailing expenses as well as the loss risk of the shipping.
