Means of payment

With us you can pay easily and quickly by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Postfinance), via Paypal or within Switzerland on account with a payment period of 20 days or even with Twint. The costs charged by us are the costs of the products ordered plus a flat-rate shipping fee. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or currency fluctuations.

Returns

Did you picture the socks differently? Did you choose the wrong pattern or colour? Or are you not satisfied with the delivery for other reasons? 

You have the right to exchange or return the ordered socks within 10 days after receipt of the delivery and to ask for a refund (delivery costs excluded).  Please note the following return policy: The socks must be in a perfect, original condition. This means that the socks, label and packaging are unused and undamaged and the label has not been removed from the socks.

Write us your reasons for returning the socks and whether you would like an exchange or a refund and we will process the return upon receipt.  You are responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of loss.
