Order

When entering the address, I am told that you don't ship to my country. What should I do?

Please check if you have set the correct country as shipping country. On desktop, click on the small country flag in the upper right corner, on mobile, you can change it in the menu. If this does not work, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I change my order or the delivery address later?

We are working at full speed so that your socks can be shipped asap. That's why we can't adjust orders later on. If you make a mistake when entering your address, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

I received the wrong product/size/damaged product. What should I do?

Please send us a message to [email protected] with your order number and we will arrange a replacement delivery immediately.

A product is missing from my order. What do I do now?

Please send us a message to [email protected] with your order number and we will immediately arrange for an additional delivery.

Occasionally, the availability on the website can differ from the actual stock. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail and a card will be enclosed with your order.

I have ordered but have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

First, please check your spam folder to see if the message has landed there. If you have not received a message from us within 24 hours, please send us a message to [email protected].

 

Payment and discounts

Which payment methods can I use?

Payment is easy and fast by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Postfinance), Paypal, Twint or within Switzerland by invoice (with a payment term of 20 days).

Please note: When paying with Twint via mobile, problems may occur occasionally. Please contact us at [email protected].

Where can I enter my discount code?

The discount code can be entered in the shopping cart or at checkout.

Can I order DillySocks to my country?

We currently ship to the following countries:

Europe:
Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom (UK)

Outside of Europe:
Australia, Bouvet Island, Brazil, Canada, Cuba, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa, Thailand, United States of America (USA)

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

For orders over 60 CHF/€/$ shipping is free, for orders under 60 CHF/€/$ shipping costs of CHF 4.90 / 4€ / 10$ apply.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or currency fluctuations.

How long does the shipping take?

We will ship your package immediately. You should expect the following delivery times:

Switzerland: 2-3 business days (holidays excluded)
Germany and Austria: 5-10 business days (holidays excluded)
Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days (holidays excluded)
Outside of Europe: 10-20 working days (holidays excluded)

Please note: Due to the current situation with Covid-19, there may be occasional delays in delivery. We thank you for your patience!

Can I track my package?

We do not offer tracking for all shipments, as some of them are sent as letter mail. If you order a package with more than 4 pairs to Switzerland, you will receive the tracking number in the shipping confirmation. For tracking in Europe please contact [email protected].

 

Returns

Can I return socks that I don't like? 

Yes, because we promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

You can return the socks you ordered using the returns form within 30 days of receiving the shipment and exchange them for other styles or request a refund (shipping charges excluded).

The following return policy applies:

  1. The socks must be in perfect, original condition (the socks, label and packaging are unused and undamaged, the label has not been removed).
  2. You enclose our return form. You can find it here: Retourenformular zum Herunterladen

For the return, write us your reasons and whether you want an exchange or a refund. We will process the return accordingly upon receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of shipping loss. befinden (die Socken, das Etikett und die Verpackung sind unbenutzt und unbeschädigt, das Etikett wurde nicht entfernt).

Which size is correct for me?

Check out our size charts here, you will find the right size depending on the collection.

How hot can my DillySocks be washed?

We recommend not to wash the socks hotter than 40 degrees and to avoid the dryer if possible. This way, they will stay beautiful for a long time!

I want a model that is sold out in my size. When will it be available again?

We rarely reproduce old models because we are constantly working on new designs. However, there can be exceptions for bestsellers. It's best to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay up to date.
